Attention Troopers & Friends:The charlie troop reunion for 2010 will be held at Fife Lake, Michigan during the first week of August (1-7) 2010.
Most cottages around the lake are minimum of weekly rentals so this is the reason for the dates August 1-7.
There is a motel in town on the lake that does nightly rentals for those not wanting, or unable, to stay for the whole week.
I strongly suggest that you make reservations sooner than later as there are limited numbers of places for rent.
If you go to google and search for rentals on Fife Lake Michigan 49633 you will see what is available.
The planned events (a limited number) will be conducted from Wednesday through Saturday Aug 4-7 for those choosing to stay only part of the week.
If you are flying into Traverse City Airport (TVC) has commercial service and car rentals. If you are flying into Detroit plan on a 4 to 5 hour drive to Fife Lake. From Grand Rapids 2 hours, from Chicago approximately 6 hours.
